What it costs

A custom order is the garment plus a flat embroidery price for where the logo goes. The more pieces you order, the less each one costs, with breaks at 24, 48, and 100.
- One-time digitizing is $29.99 for a new chest or cap logo. Reorders reuse the approved file.
- Mix colors and sizes of one garment to reach the 12-piece minimum.
- Up to 15 thread colors in one run, with no charge per color.

Custom logo orders start at 12 pieces of one garment (mix colors and sizes), which keeps the per-piece cost reasonable. Stennings shop pieces can be ordered one at a time.
Most orders are made within 1 to 2 weeks of payment, then shipped. US shipping is free and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. For a new logo, the time you take to approve your stitched sample is added. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote, and we will confirm the schedule before you commit.
No. Vector files are ideal, but a clean PNG or JPG is usually enough. We have it professionally digitized into a stitch file, then stitch a sample and send you photos to approve before we sew the rest.
